What’s the right dosage?

Great question. Here are some more: What is the right dosage of CBD for a particular person? Is it the same for a 185 pound college football player and a 250 pound couch potato and a 110 pound yoga mom? Do men and women have different needs from CBD?

There are no precise answers to these questions yet. Remember that we are dealing with the Endocannabinoid System, which has as its goal achieving a healthy balance of our immune systems, our brain and nervous systems, and even our blood. Once that balance is achieved additional cannabinoids likely have no real impact. Unused cannabinoids in our system synthesize quickly.
